Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the product is opened, it is considered non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Refund Process
Once you've contacted us and your return has been approved, we'll notify you when we've received and inspected it, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
